Whether you are planning an intimate Florida elopement or a grand celebration, a Key Largo wedding is a choice you will not regret! Surely, all Florida wedding photographers will agree that this is one of the best Keys to be married in. From white beaches to stunning venues with amazing vendors. There is everything to love about getting married here.

Location

The first and most northern of the Florida Keys is Key Largo. It is about an hour from South Florida’s two major airports, but it feels like a world away! Full of winding creeks, two state parks and hundreds of tropical hardwoods, a Key Largo wedding is sure to be filled with natural botanical beauty.

In addition to the beauty on land, Key Largo is home to many ocean adventures like scuba diving, fishing, snorkeling, and even dolphin encounter programs. These are exciting incorporations to the nature trails and beaches that will add to your wedding or honeymoon experience.

Key Largo Wedding Venues

The Knot has a record of 80 wedding venues in Key Largo, each with its own unique features and backdrops. Almost every venue is situated on the water and has beach access. Some even have docks and boats for your use. No matter what venue you choose, you will get a true Florida Keys wedding experience!

Key Largo Wedding Inspo

The gallery featured in this blog came from Jacob and Morgan’s Key Largo wedding. Their wedding was sophisticated, whimsical, and a Florida wedding photographers dream! There were so many stunning choices and details in the designs that I had to share. Furthermore, I hope you find wedding inspiration for your Florida Keys Wedding!

Ceremony Space

The ceremony was held on a beach with classic white chairs and palm trees. A touch that I loved was how they had palm leaves and white rose petals lining the aisle. Above all, this really defined the space. As well as drew attention up the aisle to the wedding arch with matching greenery and florals.

Cocktail Hour

Jacob and Morgan’s cocktail hour was amazing! There are so many details that I want to share. From the floral photo-op wall, to the darling seating chart. It was absolutely whimsical and fun! However, my favorite detail has to be their Audio Guestbook.

As a Florida wedding photographer I have seen too many guests skip the signing the guestbook, and I don’t blame them. Usually, there is a little wait and writing a note isn’t always and easy feat. Whereas an Audio Guestbook allows your guests to leave you an audio message. In addition, it conveys so much more personality of your guests!

Dinner Reception

Subsequently, there was dinner and speeches. The tables were adorned sleek and sophisticated tablescapes. These consisted of low-lying palm and white floral centerpieces, gold chargers that resemble the organic texture of shells and a piece of sea-glass with guests names on them.

Overall, this Key Largo wedding was one of my favorites. Check out the gallery below! And if you like what you see, reach out!
